Coil Lifting C-Hooks

Heavy-Duty C-Hooks from Mehraveh are a simple and effective solution for your coil handling needs.
Mehraveh C-Hooks feature a frame cut from single, High strength alloy steel plate and are designed for service at 24 hours in every day of the year.
C-Hooks are a perfect fit when you need to stack coils (or slit coils) closely together, end-to-end, or when access to the coil I.D. is restricted to one side. Additional features include urethane bumpers, low-headroom designs, and motorized rotation.

Noutch-free surfaces

Increased Safety due to machining all surfaces that determined are under high stresses with Ra: 1.6 micrometer roughness. This will highly improve fatigue life (load cycles) of c-hook frame.

Coil protectors (optional)

If required, replaceable Protective Polymers in order to preserve coils surface when in contact with the tong. The protection on the external part of the frame is suggested to avoid any damages in case of eventual shocks during the movements of the c-hook.
