Spreader/Lifting beam
The Lifting Beam is designed to lift loads with single or multiple attachment points.
Lifting Beams (sometimes referred to as Spreader Beams) are, at first glance, relatively simple devices. However, it takes a knowledgeable and experienced supplier to produce a lifting beam that is reliable, safe and maximizes the efficiency of a customer’s operation. Mehraveh manufactures Lifting Beams that are suitable for mill-duty service by incorporating keyed and welded connections, closed section members, reinforced joints and high strength alloy steel in wear or damage prone areas.
They are all characterised by their robust design and ease of use.

Convector tong
The Convector Tong is designed to lift and handle annealing furnace covers, flanges, steel rings, convector plats, hoods etc. The tong is robustly engineered for heavy duty application to meet the various demands.
The tong is equipped with an automatic opening and closing device. The entire lifting process is controlled by the operator from the crane cabin, by placing the convector tong above the center of the load.

Lamellar hook
Lamellar hooks are important in the field of ladle transport. The optimization of their weight allows for an increase in the transported payload, and thus for productivity gains. The hooks can be made of different materials, depending to your requirements. They can be used to lift ladles and store them until the steel cools down.
These hooks can be custom made. we perform finite element calculations to analyse which hooks would best serve the customer’s needs.
